Can I change or cancel the date of a session?
Yes, the date can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the session. Just write to podpora@test-wp.hedepy.cz or call 771 123 001.
In case of late cancellation, it is no longer possible to receive a refund of the payment
It would be difficult for our therapists to fill the appointment with just one day in advance. Therefore it is no longer possible to refund your payment after this time. If you do not attend the session, you waive the right to a possible refund due to dissatisfaction.
Even so, we ask you to let us know in support of support@test-wp.hedepy.cz or 771 123 001, and we will inform your psychotherapist.
