For me, psychotherapy means a unique kind of relationship that can create a “magical space” when it’s working properly. There you can discover what you yourself need at that particular time, whether that means a difficult life situation, or simply when you’re searching for the road ahead. I work with the Person-Centred (Rogerian) Approach, so I don’t give direct advice or quick fixes. Instead, my energies are focused on creating and maintaining that safe and healing space.
