How does the money back guarantee work?
If you were not satisfied with the session, please contact our customer support at +420 771 123 001 or tym@test-wp.hedepy.cz. We will refund your money in the form of a credit or send it back to the account from which we received the payment. We only refund your first session on the Hedepy platform. This guarantee does not apply to the next session, even if your psychotherapist changes. A condition for a refund is also your participation in the session.
