We understand how personal therapy can be, so we take the privacy and data security of our users seriously. We have been developing our platform with great emphasis on security, and we are constantly improving security measures.
Call security
- We use a third-party application to make video calls, which is used by similar projects around the world. These include the Red Cross, DoctorOnDemand.com and hundreds of other services.
- This application holds many security certificates such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, PCI for voice, SOC 2 for SendGrid & Authy and of course works in accordance with the conditions of GDPR.
- Our video platform essentially has the highest security certification that can be obtained in the world
Security of personal data
- Your call is not recorded or stored anywhere. Everything you say is between you and your therapist, who is bound by a confidentiality agreement.
- We only store data about your reservations and your account. You can find more about the data we store in the GDPR policy.
- Your data is stored on servers that meet the security certifications ISO/IEC 27001:2013, PCI-DSS a SOC 2 Type II
